Narrative
Set in the influential New York music scene of the early 1960s, A Complete Unknown follows the meteoric rise of 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan as a folk singer in concert halls and to the top of the charts; their songs and their appeal became a worldwide phenomenon, culminating in their groundbreaking performance of electric rock and roll at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.
