An agnostic sex podcaster and a newly single rabbi fall in love; to find out if their relationship can survive their vastly different lives and interfering families. The original title was ‘Shiksa’, which is also the last word in the first episode. I wasn’t sure about the premise, but I fell in love. Joanne and Noah, their chemistry works… such a genuinely funny show that had me laughing and smiling the whole time. Excellent treatment of current issues in today’s environment. Definitely funny, but also great takeaways. I loved Kirsten Bell in The Good Place, so I decided to watch Nobody Wants This and was rewarded with an excellent performance. Adam Brody was great as Noah and the supporting cast were great and added to the fun of the show. I really hope season 2 is just as good. Highly recommend 👏👏👏
